Colour : Beautiful brilliant robe of a deep red with garnet reflections.

Nose : The nose exhales aromas of jammy red fruits and spices enhanced with vanilla notes.

Mouth : The palate is round and greedy from the attack, silky and delicate in the middle of the mouth and is supported until the finish by toasted notes with finesse and elegance.

Pairing : To be enjoyed between 12°C and 16°C from aperitif to table. It will be the ideal companion for grilled red meats, dishes in sauce as well as cheeses.
