Colour : Beautiful colour of a brilliant golden yellow.

Nose : The nose exudes aromas of fresh fruit and white flowers wrapped in buttery and vanilla notes.

Mouth : The palate is fine and balanced from the attack, velvety and airy in the middle of the mouth, and supported until the finish by a beautiful liveliness on lightly toasted mineral notes.

Pairing : To be enjoyed between 8 and 12°C from the aperitif to the table. It will be the ideal companion for grilled white meats, fish and cheeses.
